International school admissions advisory
Advice from the other side of the admissions table.
I've worked inside international school admissions. Now I sit on your side, helping families across Asia choose the right school and prepare their child to walk into the interview with confidence.

Inside the interview
Listening matters more than vocabulary.
A child who asks a question back stands out.
Schools think about the whole year group, not one applicant.
Honest answers here help, not hurt.
Parents are part of the interview too.
Dear Mr and Mrs K., thank you for sending A. along this morning. Here is how the practice interview went, and what we'll work on before the real thing.
He listened right to the end of every question, which schools notice more than parents expect, and he asked me whether the school had a football team. That kind of curiosity is exactly what an admissions teacher hopes to see.
Short answers when he isn't sure. We'll work on the habit of adding one reason — "because…" — so a two-word answer becomes a sentence. Reading aloud also settles once he's had a few seconds to look at the page first.
One more practice session closer to the date, and a quick chat with both of you about the parent conversation that usually follows.

Why I started Bridgeway
I've launched programmes and run admissions inside an international school, and from that side of the desk you see the same two problems again and again.
Families don't know which adviser to trust. Many consultancies recommend the schools that pay them the largest commission, and parents have no way of telling which advice is which. That's why I tell you, before you apply, which of my recommended schools have an arrangement with me.
Children arrive before they're ready. A child's English may not be there yet, or they've never met the way an international classroom actually works, and the first term becomes a struggle that nobody prepared them for. That's why interview preparation and English support sit alongside school selection here, instead of stopping at the offer letter.
Bridgeway exists to fix both: honest advice about schools, and a child who walks in ready.
About Celeste
I'm Malaysian, and I've spent five years working in international school admissions and business development. I've seen hundreds of applications from the school's side, and I've watched good families pick the wrong school simply because nobody explained the differences plainly.
Alongside school selection I run mock interviews, a small-group bootcamp and one-to-one English, so a child arrives ready rather than just accepted.

The first consultation is always free. Fees depend on how many schools, which city and how much support you'd like, so after our call I send a clear written proposal. There are no hidden charges.
Ideally 6–9 months before your child's start date, especially for popular year groups. Shorter timelines are possible; start with a free call and I'll tell you what's realistic.
Often yes. Many schools offer English support in the first year, and interview preparation helps your child show what they can do.
Yes. Consultations, virtual tours and interview practice all work online.
No adviser honestly can. Schools make their own decisions. I make sure your application is as strong and as well-timed as possible.
Tell me a little about your family and I'll reply within one working day with a time for our call. Fees are shared in a written proposal after we talk.
